Cashew Cheese

 

2 cups Cashews, soaked 8 hours, drained

¼ cup Nutritional Yeast

2 Garlic Cloves

1 teaspoon Sea Salt

½ cup Purified Water

 

Place all ingredients except water in a food processor or high speed blender and mix on high speed. Slowly pour in water until texture becomes creamy. Store in refrigerator. Add more water for a creamier cheese.


  

Divine Spinach Salad

 

1 pound Spinach, stems removed

2 Garlic Cloves, sliced thin

7 Sun-Dried Tomatoes, soaked, drained, chopped

¼ cup cold pressed Flax Seed Oil

1 tablespoon Liquid Aminos

Juice of 1 Lemon

¼ cup Brown Olives, pitted, sliced

 

Wash spinach thoroughly. Mix with remaining ingredients and serve.


 

Date Coconut Bars

 

½ cup Dates, pitted

¼ cup Coconut, shredded

¼ cup Sunflower Seeds or ground Nuts

 

Grind sunflower seeds and shredded coconut in a seed grinder separately. Process dates in food processor using the s-blade until they form a ball or a paste. In a separate bowl, mix together all ingredients. Press into a pan. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cut into 2-inch squares.
